STORY OF UGLY MC
The Ugly MC Story! It is a Motoclub founded in 1985 in Los Angeles (California, USA) after having organized an event for charity in 1984 known as “LOVE RIDE”.
This motorcycle club consists of some “Chapters”, and a total of a select number of active members around 115 men between the USA and Europe.
Ugly MC Euro Chapter has members spread across Germany, Finland, Belgium, Switzerland and Spain.
Charitable and beneficial events are part of the backbone of the MC, and each chapter takes steps to help society and those most in need.
During the year of the pandemic, 2020, we were handcuffed and with few possibilities to act. The Event that we organized in Switzerland, “Swiss Love Ride” had been canceled like so many others, and we found ourselves faced with the dilemma of not having done anything.
From Spain we mobilized and established contact with Hospital La Fe in Valencia, since it is one of the best in Spain treating children and young people suffering from serious illnesses such as Cancer or Multiple Sclerosis, among others. These children spend long periods in the Hospital given their conditions and even attend school in the same Hospital.
Obviously, they did not accept visits during 2020, but our commitment goes beyond the photo with the children.
We want to know that our help has a good end and is correct and appreciated.
That year, we had a small lunch with other MCs and friends to raise a symbolic amount of money
that facilitated the purchase of what the Hospital had commissioned us: some garden benches for the terrace that the children use to get fresh air and distract themselves from their routine.

That was the birth of the UGLYDAYSPAIN MORAIRA INTERNATIONAL ROCK FESTIVAL.
